Grant Coordination

Grant coordination:

Research various types of grants available and the criteria to qualify for each.
Consult on any available sources of funding with the Business.
Compile necessary information for the application process through collaboration with other employees, database research, and other factfinding actions and meetings.
Drafting and completion of grant applications according to application requirements.
Ensure the grant application is submitted on time and within application parameters.
Ensure that the funding contract is signed by the client and successfully submitted to the seta within the given timeframes.
Completion of all documents, forms, or reports required by the Seta
Coordinating the monitoring and evaluation of programs and projects that are funded by Seta’s.
Submission of supporting documents to the relevant Seta to activate the disbursements of the tranches as per the Seta funding contract.
Liaising with the Seta to ensure that the tranche payments are disbursed within the given timeframes.
Serving as a contact person between the employer and the relevant SETA
