- Coordinate and administer all aspects of the internship program.
- Develop and maintain internship manuals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external organisations.
Recruitment and Selection:
- Recruit, interview, and select interns.
Support and Guidance:
- Monitor and evaluate intern performance.
- Provide feedback on work and assignments.
- Encourage and reinforce positive intern behavior.
Communication and Liaison:
- Act as a liaison between students, internship providers, and the educational institution.
- Track, evaluate, and provide assessment related to internship experiences.
- Prepare reports and summaries on the internship program
